Frameworks CDC educates families not only about buying a home, but keeping it through a comprehensive pre-purchase homebuyer education program utilizing the best practices of NeighborWorksAmerica®, Realizing the American Dream.

The program, offered in both English and Spanish, includes an eight-hour class (onsite or online) and a one-on-one housing counseling appointment. All individuals who complete the program will receive an official Certificate of Completion after the one-on-one housing counseling appointment.
