Our Class

Complete our online homebuyer education class, powered by eHome America. The course is composed of 6 modules and is offered in both English and Spanish. The fee to register is $99.

Contact Us

Contact Frameworks CDC to schedule your HUD-Certified one-on-one housing counseling session. Appointments are typically 10-20 days after you complete the online class.

Counseling

Prepare for your HUD-Certified one-on-one housing counseling session by sending us the required documents and paying a fee to obtain a credit report. Then join us for the session.

Certified

After completing the online class and the one-on-one housing counseling session you will receive a Certificate of Completion which is required for many types of housing assistance.

Frameworks CDC educates families not only about buying a home, but keeping it through a comprehensive pre-purchase homebuyer education program utilizing the best practices of NeighborWorksAmerica®, Realizing the American Dream.

The online Homebuyer Education classes are offered in both English and Spanish.  After completing the online class, a one-on-one telephone housing counseling appointment is required.  All individuals who complete the program will receive an official Certificate of Completion after the one-on-one housing counseling appointment. The Certificate of Completion is a requirement for individuals wanting to take advantage of down payment assistance programs or certain loan products.
