How to Make a Rent Payment

Requesting Repairs

If a routine repair is needed in your unit send a request to repairs@frameworkscdc.org

We respond to repair requests inside our regular office hours of Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm

After Hours Emergency Repairs

For medical or other life threatening emergencies dial 9-1-1

If you require emergency repairs outside of our regular office hours, we provide a phone line that is answered 24 hours a day. This phone line is intended for EMERGENCY USE ONLY.

Emergencies are defined as: 

  • Air Conditioning (cooling) malfunctioning if outdoor temperature is above 90 degrees F
  • Heating malfunctioning if outdoor temperature is below 50 degrees F
  • Plumbing issues such as interior flooding, drainage blockage, non-functional toilets in units with one bathroom
  • Electrical outages only affecting Frameworks CDC properties
  • Security of the unit has been compromised, such as a broken window or a broken entry door lock
