MISSION STATEMENT

To provide affordable housing options to the impoverished in the greater Central Texas area through the construction, rehabilitation, and preservation of safe and sanitary housing for low- to moderate-income individuals and families.

To combat the deterioration of the community and to contribute to its overall physical and economic improvement.

To provide educational services related to affordable home purchasing, including housing counseling regarding pre-purchase, post-purchase, foreclosure prevention, financial literacy, and credit education.
